This class is a practical introduction to cupping including indications and contraindications.

Give and receive cupping on each other during class so that you are more comfortable doing cupping and can experience the benefits..

Each participant will receive 2 cupping sets for use in the class and to take home.

Dress so that you can quickly reduce to your comfort level under the sheet to receive cupping on neck, shoulders, back, hips, legs, chest and abdomen, or wear something like running shorts & sports bra, 2-piece bathing suit.

Bring a set of sheets & face rest cover and a light blanket or regular towel.

You will get resources for further study.

This is a small class with 8 in-person CE hours for LMTs.

Additional cupping sets will be available for purchase after class.

Face Mask covering nose and mouth optional.
