Law & Ethics classes on Oct.6 have been moved to a larger room in the Super 8 Motel at 6200 Paper Mill Rd, I-40/I-75 Exit 383, Knoxville, TN 37919.   MAP   Register & pay by 9/23/12 for only $60. The next Tennessee Massage Law class is on September 9, 2012. The long-awaited Rule changes are expected to take effect on September 6, 2012. Register up and pay by Monday, September 27, to get the early registration discount. Law only for only $40, or law and Ethics for only $60. After that it’s $50 each or $90 for both.  Click here.

The TN MLB denied 5 CE waiver requests, approved 1 CE waiver request, and deferred 1 CE waiver request.

The Board ratified 88 Agreed Citations for Continuing Education violations totaling $40,975.

The pending TN massage rule changes are now expected to take effect on 9/6/12.

The TN MLB voted to withdraw a rule change which would have made the MBLEX exam the only TN licensing exam. The result is that new applicants could choose an NCB exam.
