Touch for Health®

The Touch for Health® series begins again in January. Touch for Health® 1 will be on Sat-Sun, January 29-30, 2011.   Touch for Health® 2 will be on Sat-Sun, February 12-13, 2011. You must take TFH 1 before taking TFH 2. Check the Workshop page for details.

Tai Chi

The 1-day tai chi class which teaches Dr. Lam’s Tai Chi for Arthritis will be split into two 4-hour classes. Feedback from those taking it is that 8 hours of tai chi in one day is too much for beginners. Look for the on the class schedule soon.

Acupressure for Stress

I’ve put Acupressure for Stress on Monday, January 17, instead of Tai Chi. There are already 2 signed up for it who couldn’t get to the weather related rescheduling in December. There’s room for up to 6 total.

Acupressure for Stress

I’ve added an additional Acupressure for Stress class on December 28, Tuesday, from 9am-6pm. 8 CE hours.  Cost $150.

Acupressure class rescheduled

The Acupressure for Stress was canceled today due to the weather.  The new date is Tuesday, December 21, from 9am-6pm. If everyone who was scheduled today can make it, then the class is full. If not, there may be openings. Check the Class Schedule page.
