Acupressure/ABT

Acupressure and Asian Bodywork are all based on the same Chinese fundamentals as acupuncture (I don’t do needles.). Muscles, structure, organs, meridians, etc., are all interconnected. Affecting one effects all others. Acupressure, cupping, meridian massage, tuina, and other styles aim to balance the whole body working from a primarily energetic model.

My earliest training was in acupressure, and I’ve added cupping, tuina, Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS), and more since. Kinesiology incorporates meridian balancing and is like a bridge between Western and Eastern bodywork.
