This class is a practical introduction to cupping including indications and contraindications.

Give and receive cupping on each other during class so that you are more comfortable doing cupping and can experience the benefits..

Each participant will receive a cupping set for use in the class and to take home.

Dress to receive cupping on neck, shoulders, back, hips, legs, chest and abdomen (e.g., running shorts & sports bra, 2-piece bathing suit).

Bring a set of sheets and a light blanket or regular towel.

You will get resources for further study should you decide that you want to incorporate cupping into your practice.
