Tai Chi… for Arthritis (flyer) and Beginners and Seniors.
I’ve been doing tai chi on and off since 1982. In 2009, I completed Dr. Paul Lam’s Instructors training for his Tai Chi for Arthritis (TCA) program. Studies have shown that the Tai Chi for Arthritis set, based on Sun style tai chi, significantly helps arthritis.  A Korean study also shows that it helps with fall prevention, reducing risk by seventy percent (70%). Other benefits include cardio-vascular fitness, flexibility, improved posture, relaxation, concentration, & improved mood. This is an excellent introduction to tai chi for anyone. Class schedule will include a weekly and a half-day format.
